Anyone who calls this place a ‘hole in the wall’ has no idea what the definition of that term means. This is a small restaurant with as many tables as will possibly fit. But it is extremely clean and nicely decorated with sanitary public restrooms and I feel comfortable eating here with my 13 month in tow. (Yes, they have high chairs!) The service is excellent! The portions are enormous! My nachos supreme could have fed a family of four. Most importantly, the food is delicious. I’m married to the world’s pickiest eater and even he was raving about the place. The salsa that comes with the chips and salsa is very sweet and mostly liquid- this may be what authentic salsa consists of, I’m no expert! I plan to inquire next visit as to whether they have more than one variety. Some of the reviews reported that the menu on the wall was listed only in Spanish and had no prices. If that was the case in the past, it is no longer true. There are both Spanish and English names for the dishes as well as pricing. Parking can be a bit dicey in the small lot, so having that expectation when you arrive would be a good idea. All in all, Del Huerto offers the very best Mexican food in the area and we will be back regularly!

Great food, but a little pricey in my opion. That being said, i would go back. My marinated pork tacos where real good, and they give you plenty to eat. The chips and dip where a surprise i did not see coming. the salsa with the chips is delicious.

The tacos were a good size and tasted really good. The service was friendly and quick they had the chips and salsa almost immediately. I will be coming back best tacos in Westminster!

We were concerned about going here for lunch because our time is so limited. After we arrived our orders were taken promptly and shortly after we filled our drinks and found a table the food had arrived. We have been told by others the Mexican food is extremely authentic and we were not disappointed. I ordered the mixed fajitas that came with steak chicken and shrimp and I was pleased as it arrived with a large cup of beans and a cup of rice and probably 6 soft shells That were piping hot and rolled in foil The fajita meal was 16.99 but I was pleased because it will easily feed me twice. Dan ordered at 3 taco meal and he was concerned that it might not be enough when the lady asked him is that all but he was pleased to find that they were very well made very full and he wouldn't even help me eat my leftover fajitas. The parking can be a little tight but we both enjoyed our meal enough to say that we will definitely go back and take our families
